Just Like His Daddy!

Everyone wants to know who Cade looks like. When I look at him I see Cade, but when I look at Kirk's baby pictures next to Cade's I see that Cade does look like him. They both have the same chubby cheeks. It is fun to hear people say, "He looks just like his daddy!".

Cade is nearing 4 months, and we are having the best time. I am very thankful to be able to stay home. Taking care of Cade is the best "job" I have ever had. Kirk works very hard to make it work for me to stay at home full time.

Cade is a pretty easy going baby. I think we have to attribute that to him being "just like his daddy" too as Kirk is more easy going than I am. Cade is very smiley and good natured. He is also a good sleeper which would also make him "just like his daddy".

It is amazing how much having Cade has changed our lives, and yet it feels like he has been a part of our lives for so long. We have been so blessed to have this little one for the time that God gives him to us. Kirk and I pray that he will grow to love God and that people will say that he is "just like his daddy" who created him.
