Going Too Fast!

Thanks to my sister, Heidi, we always have great pictures. We so appreciate all of her time that she puts into taking great photos. Thanks Heidi!

As I look at these pictures I am amazed at how fast the kids are growing. Cade is already 2 and a wonderful big brother! He kisses and hugs and shares with Ella(usually) and tells her that he l0ves her. He is always amazing us with the new things that he says. The last couple of days Cade has taken it upon himself to pray at meals and before bed. He l0ves to hug and kiss which I think he got from his daddy! I often think that Cade probably acts very much like Kirk did at his age. One of Cade's favorite things is to sit and color with Daddy. Kirk draws all of Cade's favorite characters (VeggieTales and now Winnie the Pooh). Cade seems to have Daddy's creative side and inspection of detail in drawings and toys.

Ella is already over 10 months. Kirk and I were just discussing what to do for her first birthday...she can't be 1 so soon!!! She is very smiley and she melts her daddy's heart with her constant giggle. She is up on her knees and rocking, but still not moving forward. The fact that she stays in one place makes our life simpler for now. She has her 2 bottom teeth and is working on getting her top 2. She l0ves when daddy holds her up high. She also seems to be emerging with a clear opinion of what she wants accompanied by a scream! We are working on some sign language to replace that:).

The kids make us laugh every day! What fun they are!
